The division of focus is deliberate and complementary. Vishant recruits, onboards, and develops new team members - instilling the due-diligence standards, communication approach, and work culture that SME PAISA was built on. Once someone is ready, they move into Sudeep's domain: sales, credit execution, and active client engagement.
Sudeep's deep institutional credit background means the people running client cases understand how banks actually assess risk - not from the outside, but from inside the system. This knowledge asymmetry is what allows SME PAISA to structure cases that land, rather than cases that simply get submitted.
